STORE POLICY

REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or  make a wrong decision. If you are a consumer for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law, or any equivalent State or Territory consumer law, you are entitled to certain consumer guarantees and remedies if we fail to meet  those guarantees. Without limiting those rights and remedies, if you have a major problem with one of our goods, you can choose between a refund or replacement of the goods. To initiate a return please contact   desertstartraders@gmail.com and state the reason for return. Generally, you will need to cover the cost of the return freight but you may be entitled to recover those expenses from us.

SHIPPING
Desert Star Design  products are shipped with Australia Post unless otherwise negotiated. We do not currently accept international orders. Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7  business  days. As we are based in a remote location, shipping times may be longer than expected.
